What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with confidence and deliver attentive, seamless table service

Present menus with strong product knowledge and guide guests through dishes and wine selections

Take accurate orders using the POS system and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely delivery

Maintain immaculate table settings, polished glassware, pristine linen and overall dining room presentation

Support smooth service flow during high-pressure periods while upholding fine dining standards

Clear tables promptly and ensure a comfortable, organised dining environment

Promote estate wines, desserts and additional items through natural, confident upselling

Handle billing with precision and professionalism
What You’ll Need

At least 2 years experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment

Strong wine knowledge with an understanding of local regions and varietals

Experience using POS or ordering systems

Excellent communication and guest-relations skills
