What You’ll Do

Support the daily villa kitchen operation, ensuring consistently exceptional standards

Create and execute refined, innovative dishes tailored to guest preferences

Produce high-quality plated meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner and private requests

Assist with menu planning, recipe development and culinary enhancements

Maintain excellent stock rotation, mise-en-place and kitchen cleanliness

Uphold all hygiene and food safety requirements

Deliver warm, professional guest interaction when required

Step into leadership responsibilities when the Head Chef is off-site
