We’re recruiting a highly detail-driven Stock Controller & Procurement Administrator to manage end-to-end stock control across multiple simultaneous events. This is a critical role responsible for procurement, allocation, reconciliation and reporting — ensuring every event is fully stocked, fully costed and fully controlled.

What You’ll Do
Procurement & Ordering

Place accurate and timely orders for concurrent events

Source stock according to event briefs and bar specifications

Manage supplier pricing agreements and delivery schedules

Track outstanding orders and flag discrepancies early

Prevent last-minute emergency purchases
Stock Planning & Allocation

Build event-specific stock allocations
-
Prevent duplication, shortages and over-ordering
-
Manage stock movement between warehouse, vehicles and venues
-
Prepare stock issue sheets per event
Stock Control & Reconciliation

Conduct pre and post-event stock counts

Investigate variances and identify loss patterns

Track breakages, wastage and returns
-
Maintain real-time stock levels
Reporting & Administration

Capture GRVs, invoices and stock movements
-
Prepare variance and cost vs budget reports
-
Support finance with reconciliations and audit trails
-
Ensure 100% documentation accuracy
Process & Compliance

Improve stock systems and SOPs
-
Ensure compliance with alcohol handling regulations
-
Maintain organised stock rooms and documentation
What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years’ experience in events, hospitality or bar operations

Strong stock control and procurement background

Proven experience handling high-value alcohol stock

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

Experience managing multiple overlapping events

Exceptional attention to detail

Calm, proactive and solution-focused approach
Advantageous

Mobile bar or large-scale event experience

Exposure to ERP or stock systems

Experience working closely with finance teams
