An exceptional opportunity has opened within a prestigious Winelands estate spa for a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist to join the team in a dual Spa Receptionist and Relief Therapist role.

What You’ll Do

Welcome spa guests warmly and manage all reception procedures

Coordinate spa bookings, treatment schedules and therapist allocations

Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments, retail products and spa offerings

Assist as a Relief Therapist when required, delivering treatments to a high professional standard

Maintain accurate client records and daily reconciliation processes

Support retail sales and ensure the spa environment remains guest-ready

Work collaboratively within a structured, service-driven team
What You’ll Need

National or International Diploma in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or equivalent preferred)

Elemis certification essential

Minimum three years’ practical experience in a professional beauty salon or spa environment

Confident verbal and written communication skills

Strong retail awareness and client relationship skills

Well-groomed, professional presentation

Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays

Own reliable transport

Clear credit and criminal record
