What You’ll Do

Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and smooth service flow

Lead shifts confidently and set a consistent standard for the brigade

Prepare and cook dishes across all sections with accuracy and creativity

Assist with menu development and presentation of dishes

Maintain stock control, receiving procedures and proper storage standards

Uphold hygiene, safety and operational compliance at all times

Mentor and develop junior team members

Engage with guests when required to ensure quality and satisfaction
What You’ll Need

A culinary qualification

Experience in a 5 star or fine dining environment at Sous Chef level

Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure
