What You’ll Do

Assist with daily kitchen operations and chef leadership

Help design and execute menus focused on fine, seasonal cuisine

Prepare and plate dishes to high standards for à-la-carte and special functions

Ensure mise-en-place, stock rotation, hygiene and cleanliness meet hotel standards

Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver flawless guest experiences

Fill in for or support the Head Chef during busy periods or absence
