This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to work internationally within a refined, luxury kitchen environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
*Support the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations and service delivery
*Maintain high culinary standards, consistency and presentation across all dishes
*Assist with menu execution, mise en place and service flow
*Supervise, train and motivate junior kitchen staff
*Ensure food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards are always met
*Assist with stock control, ordering and cost awareness
*Lead by example in a professional, calm and organised kitchen environment
👨🍳 Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a quality or luxury kitchen
*Strong leadership and team management skills
*Passion for fresh produce, seasonal menus and consistency
*Ability to work under pressure in a high-end environment
*Must hold a valid UK passport or UK citizenship
