What You’ll Do
• Support the Head Chef with daily food preparation, service and menu execution
• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Champion a seasonal, farm-to-table approach using fresh garden and local ingredients
• Manage mise en place, stock rotation and storage to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Train and mentor junior team members through guidance and positive leadership
• Ensure strict hygiene, safety and HACCP protocols are upheld at all times
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver seamless guest experiences
What You’ll Need
• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a refined restaurant or boutique hotel environment
• Strong technical skills and passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
