A property group is seeking a Senior Creditors Clerk to join its finance team in Cape Town.
This role suits a structured and detail driven finance professional who enjoys oversight, accuracy and working closely with operations to maintain strong financial control across a property portfolio environment.
What You’ll Do
• Review expense capturing and oversee creditors reconciliations
• Manage utility schedules and resolve municipal account queries
• Review supplier age analysis, accruals and intercompany loan accounts
• Support month end processes, reporting and audit preparation
• Analyse expenses versus recoveries across property portfolios
• Maintain procurement compliance documentation including B-BBEE schedules
• Liaise with operations, procurement and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently
• Strengthen internal controls within the creditors function
What You’ll Need
• Accounting qualification
• 2–3 years’ experience in a senior creditors or similar finance role
• Property industry experience advantageous
• Strong Excel and reconciliation capability
• High attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical ability
• Confident communicator able to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work under pressure in a structured corporate environment
