An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Creditors Clerk to join a dynamic finance team within a listed property environment. This role is ideal for a detail-driven finance professional who enjoys taking ownership, supporting team oversight and working closely with operations and management.
What You’ll Do

Review and oversee expense capturing and reconciliations across the creditors function

Manage utility bill schedules and liaise with the City of Cape Town on account queries

Review supplier age analysis, accruals and inter-company loan accounts

Support month-end processes, reporting and audit queries

Analyse expenses versus recoveries and maintain B-BBEE procurement schedules

Liaise with operations, procurement teams and suppliers to resolve queries efficiently
What You’ll Need

Accounting qualification

2–3 years’ experience in a senior creditors or similar finance role

Property industry experience advantageous

Strong Excel skills; MDA Property Manager experience beneficial

Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and analytical ability

Confident communicator able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
