Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, proposals, and client communication

Coordinate internal communications between departments to support seamless service delivery

Prepare quotations, contracts, and event documentation

Manage the sales database and track client information and correspondence

Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support with the planning and coordination of site inspections, client meetings, and events

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Compile reports and presentations for sales management
Requirements:
-
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a sales support or admin role (hospitality experience advantageous)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

CRM or reservations system experience preferred

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask under pressure
