We are looking for a Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury watch boutique at the V&A Waterfront. This role is centred on building lasting client relationships and providing thoughtful, discreet service.
You will welcome clients, learn about their interests, share detailed product knowledge and follow up with care. You will also help maintain the boutique’s high standards of presentation and keep accurate client records.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience in a luxury or upmarket retail store
- Confidence engaging with high net worth clients in a warm, professional and discreet manner
- Clear, confident spoken English and the ability to explain products naturally and accurately
- Strong listening skills, good judgment and a polished, professional presence
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in luxury products and a willingness to develop specialist knowledge
- Comfort using computer systems and maintaining client records
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
