This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting sales initiatives, coordinating marketing activities, and working closely with the commercial team to grow brand visibility and drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will assist the sales and marketing team with administrative coordination and marketing initiatives, including:

Supporting the sales and marketing team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.

Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and corporate agreements.

Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content.

Maintaining and updating client databases, CRM systems, and sales records.

Assisting with social media updates, website content, and marketing communications.

Coordinating site inspections, client visits, and promotional events.

Preparing monthly sales reports, marketing performance updates, and data analysis.

Supporting the team with corporate account management and lead follow-ups.

Assisting with the coordination of group bookings, conferences, and events.

Working closely with operational departments to ensure smooth communication between sales and hotel operations.
Requirements

Previous experience in hotel sales, marketing, or hospitality administration.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, or CRM systems will be advantageous.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
