A dynamic city hotel in Cape Town is seeking a highly organised Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support commercial activity across the property.
This is not a strategy role. It is a coordination and implementation position suited to someone who thrives on structure, deadlines and flawless execution.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and maintain the monthly marketing calendar across rooms, food and beverage and events
• Coordinate campaign rollouts across departments and external partners
• Track deadlines, deliverables and action items against approved plans
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all guest facing communication
• Review marketing outputs for accuracy, quality and alignment
• Coordinate website updates, offers and digital content rollouts
• Liaise with designers, printers and suppliers to manage collateral production
• Compile monthly sales and marketing performance reports
• Provide clear updates and execution feedback to management
• Identify risks or gaps and resolve proactively
What You’ll Need
• 3–5 years’ experience in sales and marketing coordination
• Hospitality industry experience essential
• Strong written communication skills
• Excellent administrative discipline and organisational ability
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Calm, solutions focused approach under pressure
• Professional presence and confident communication style
