An experienced and service-driven Restaurant Manager is sought to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences and drive consistent performance across the team. This role requires a confident floor leader who thrives in a high-standard, guest-focused setting.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow

Lead, train and motivate the restaurant team

Ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure

Manage reservations, table allocations and floor coordination

Monitor service standards and presentation at all times

Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally

Manage stock control and beverage ordering

Support cost control and revenue performance

Oversee event service and private dining operations

Maintain compliance with food, health and safety standards
What You’ll Need

3–5 years’ experience in a five-star hotel restaurant or similar environment

Previous leadership experience within a high-end dining setting

Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service

Confident floor presence and team management ability

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and guest focus

Ability to work shifts and perform under pressure
