This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day restaurant operations within a well-established, service-driven hospitality setting. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations, strong team performance, and sound financial control.
What You’ll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service standards and guest satisfaction

Lead, train, and motivate the service team, fostering a positive and professional culture

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in driving profitability and operational efficiency

Manage stock control, monthly stocktakes, ordering, and cost awareness

Handle guest feedback and complaints with confidence and care

Maintain accurate reporting of staff attendance, leave, and compliance requirements

Build strong relationships with regular guests through a visible and engaging floor presence
What You’ll Need

Post-matric qualification in Food & Beverage or Hospitality

2–3 years’ experience in a senior restaurant role within a high-end hotel or similar environment

Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and develop a team

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, stock control, and financial basics

Solid knowledge of POS systems and good wine knowledge

Excellent communication skills and high level of English proficiency

Energetic, motivated, and able to perform under pressure
