What You’ll Do

Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction

Lead, motivate and train the service team to deliver polished, professional dining experiences

Coordinate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure menus, wine lists and service standards are always current

Manage table allocations, reservations and service flow to optimise guest experience

Monitor stock levels, cash-ups and POS reports while maintaining accurate financial records
-
Drive staff development through coaching, performance monitoring and hands-on supervision

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and five-star service standards at all times
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a fine-dining or five-star environment

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service and wine presentation

Strong leadership and organisational ability with focus on detail and consistency

Confident communicator with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse service team

Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and operational procedures
