Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee the full food and beverage guest experience, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Host and engage with guests, addressing feedback and ensuring memorable visits.
- Manage daily operations, budgets, stock, and administrative duties.
- Drive sales, upselling and innovating new service offerings aligned with trends.
- Maintain hygiene and service standards in line with company expectations.
Key Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ management experience in a 5-star hotel, lodge, or estate environment.
- A natural host with strong people management and leadership skills.
- Results-driven with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement skills.
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about hospitality.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and procurement.
- Sound wine knowledge and a flair for upskilling team members.
What’s on Offer:
- Monthly Salary: R26,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Hours: Rotational shifts between 08h00 – 19h00 (5 days per week)
- Provident Fund: 7.5% company contribution (Old Mutual)
