As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, team performance, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints professionally
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and cost control
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Drive revenue through upselling and service excellence

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
