Key Responsibilities
The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including:

Managing daily restaurant operations and service standards.

Leading and motivating the front-of-house team, including waiters, hosts, and supervisors.

Ensuring guests receive professional, attentive, and memorable dining experiences.

Handling guest feedback and service recovery where necessary.

Monitoring restaurant sales performance and operational efficiency.

Managing staff scheduling, shift planning, and labour control.

Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Overseeing stock control, ordering, and inventory management.

Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
