We’re looking for a detail-driven Reservationist to join a high-end hospitality environment known for personalised service and exceptional guest experiences. This role supports reservations across three properties, ensuring seamless booking journeys from first enquiry through to confirmation.
What You’ll Do

Handle reservations via telephone, email and central reservation systems

Capture, update and maintain accurate reservation records

Prepare confirmation letters, pro forma invoices and manage cancellations or amendments

Maintain strong knowledge of room types, rates, packages and availability across all properties

Communicate booking information clearly with front office and related departments

Monitor availability and assist with opening and closing distribution channels

Respond to booking enquiries within required turnaround times

Deliver courteous, professional service at all times
What You’ll Need

Post-matric qualification

2–3 years’ experience in a reservations role within a high-end hotel or similar environment

Strong working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office

Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to work confidentially and accurately under pressure
