As a Receptionist you will handle guest arrivals, departures and enquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects refined service standards. You will work closely with all departments, manage switchboard communication, process reservations and assist both local and international guests with confidence and professionalism.
What You Will Do

Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience

Handle phone calls, emails and online enquiries in a warm and efficient manner

Process restaurant bookings and hotel reservations

Operate Opera Cloud and maintain accurate guest accounts

Complete daily pit checks and follow internal financial procedures

Provide accurate information on room categories, hotel facilities and property offerings

Resolve guest concerns with confidence and ownership

Liaise effectively with housekeeping, F&B and all operational departments to maintain smooth service flow
What You Need

1 to 2 years’ experience in a five star hotel environment

Strong communication skills with high English proficiency

Computer literacy with Opera experience advantageous

Professional presentation and excellent guest service skills

Good numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail
