Key Responsibilities:

Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently

Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly

Maintain an organised front desk and lobby area

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled

Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling

Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing processes

Assist with general office duties as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
