Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for a professional, well-presented and guest-focused Receptionist | Switchboard Operator to join a prestigious luxury estate based in Stellenbosch.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Provide guests with information about the estate, its facilities, experiences, and offerings
- Conduct guided estate tours for visiting guests
- Manage all incoming calls via the switchboard, ensuring prompt and professional handling
- Direct calls and assist with enquiries appropriately
- Maintain and update guest and operational data
- Communicate important daily information across departments
- Coordinate restaurant booking sheets with relevant teams
- Handle guest queries and escalate concerns to management when required
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Hospitality qualification advantageous)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or guest-facing role
- Excellent telephone etiquette and strong communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with high-end, international clientele
- Able to work hospitality hours (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
- Professional appearance with a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to remain focused and energetic during long shifts
