Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for an experienced and hands-on Property & Maintenance Manager to join a dynamic property group in Cape Town.
About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operational performance of a portfolio of properties. You will ensure buildings are well-maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently while managing contractors and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties
- Manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams
- Ensure all buildings are compliant with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Manage maintenance budgets and cost control
- Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and projects
- Ensure minimal disruption to tenants and operations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
Requirements
- Previous experience in property or facilities management
- Strong technical and maintenance knowledge
- Experience managing contractors and service providers
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good financial and budget management ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership

- 6-month probation period
