What You’ll Do

Prepare, produce and present high-quality pastries, desserts and baked goods

Manage assigned kitchen sections efficiently while maintaining strict hygiene standards

Support the Pastry Sous Chef in daily operations, staff supervision and training

Maintain consistency in recipes, presentation and portion control across all service periods

Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in line with the hotel’s quality systems

Monitor stock levels, rotation and requisitions using FIFO procedures

Assist with new menu development, tastings and seasonal updates
What You’ll Need

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a luxury hotel pastry kitchen

Recognised culinary qualification or pastry certification

Sound knowledge of classic and contemporary pastry techniques

Strong organisational and leadership ability with attention to detail
