A prestigious Waterfront hotel is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports revenue growth across rooms, food and beverage and spa.
This role requires a creative and commercially minded leader who can translate strategy into measurable results while protecting and elevating the brand.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan aligned to business objectives
• Drive brand positioning across all channels ensuring consistency and impact
• Lead food and beverage marketing initiatives with a strong commercial focus
• Oversee digital campaigns including social media, content marketing and performance analysis
• Manage marketing budgets and evaluate return on investment
• Collaborate with sales, operations and external agencies to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Oversee the creation of compelling collateral and visual content
• Plan and manage photoshoots, video production and promotional activations
• Drive influencer, media and public relations engagement
• Monitor campaign performance and present monthly reporting insights
• Identify innovative revenue driving opportunities across all revenue centres
What You’ll Need
• Marketing diploma or degree with digital marketing specialisation
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing management role
• Hospitality experience advantageous
• Strong brand management and content strategy experience
• Solid financial understanding and budget management capability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management ability
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Creative, forward thinking and commercially driven mindset
