About the Role
As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the overall marketing strategy, working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue.
You will be involved in everything from social media management and content creation to campaign coordination, events, and public relations, ensuring all marketing initiatives are aligned with the brand and target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Create and oversee engaging digital content aligned to brand standards
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and marketing collateral
- Support the planning and execution of events and promotional activities
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
- Monitor marketing performance and provide monthly reporting
- Assist with PR activities, media relations, and influencer partnerships
- Ensure all brand communication and collateral is consistent and on-brand
- Support general sales and marketing administration, including budgets and reporting
Requirements
- Marketing Diploma or Degree preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience within a hospitality or similar environment advantageous
- Strong digital marketing and social media experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong planning and multitasking abilities
- Creative, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset
- Passion for hospitality, travel, and guest experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
