Role Summary:
Supports the Senior Marketing Executive in executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hotel teams on public communication and brand alignment
- Support sales teams with content for OTA, OTO, and trade relationships
- Create and coordinate marketing materials, content, and brand collateral
- Arrange marketing-related site inspections with media and PR agencies
- Assist with digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, web, and social media
- Monitor campaign performance and provide reports using analytics tools
- Manage website content updates (basic CMS tasks)
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns – building, segmenting, and tracking
- Identify trends, optimise campaigns, and explore new marketing technologies
- Negotiate improved rates for marketing materials and services
- Support additional projects and marketing team workload as needed
Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing or content coordination
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp)
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Hospitality/wine industry experience is an advantage
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational skills
- Creative, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
- Comfortable with metrics, insights, and campaign optimisation
