What You’ll Do

Carry out and supervise preventative and reactive maintenance across the property

Ensure guest areas, public spaces and back-of-house facilities are well maintained

Respond promptly to maintenance requests with guest comfort and safety as a priority

Support and guide maintenance team members in daily tasks

Coordinate approved external contractors when required

Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, fire and statutory requirements

Support sustainability initiatives including energy and water efficiency
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or engineering role

Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance

Working knowledge of health and safety regulations

Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and on-call as required
