We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality professional to join a luxury hotel environment as a Duty Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on guest interaction, service excellence, and leading teams to deliver memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences throughout the hotel
- Handle guest concerns and implement effective service recovery solutions
- Build strong relationships with guests, travel agents, and VIP visitors
- Welcome and engage with returning guests and special arrivals
- Support the Front Office and Concierge teams when required
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction across all departments
- Conduct regular quality and service checks throughout the property
- Assist in driving guest feedback, loyalty programmes, and hotel initiatives
- Support departmental training and development opportunities
- Work closely with operational teams to maintain luxury hospitality standards
Requirements:
- Previous management experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience handling guest complaints and service recovery
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
