What You’ll Do

Support the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations

Lead and guide junior chefs during preparation and service

Ensure every dish leaving the pass meets exacting presentation and quality standards

Maintain strict hygiene, food safety and HACCP compliance

Assist with stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation

Contribute to menu refinement and seasonal creativity

Manage portion control and minimise waste to protect margins

Step confidently into leadership during senior chef absence
What You’ll Need

Recognised culinary qualification

At least two years’ experience as a Chef de Partie within a reputable hotel or estate environment

Proven ability to supervise and motivate a kitchen team

Strong understanding of classical and modern cooking techniques

Excellent organisational and time management skills
