About the Role
As Junior Floor Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
You will be hands-on on the floor, assisting with team supervision, guest interaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations
- Supervise and guide the front-of-house team during service
- Ensure guests receive professional and attentive service
- Handle guest queries and assist with service recovery
- Assist with staff training and development
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, and presentation
- Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Assist with shift planning and operational readiness
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Supervisory or team leader experience advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for hospitality and guest service
- Well-presented and professional
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within a management role
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
