Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment are looking for HR & Payroll Administrator to join the Human Resources team of a leading 4-star hotel in Cape Town.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-orientated HR professional who enjoys working with people, systems, and processes while supporting a busy hospitality operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full HR administrative support across the department
• Manage employee onboarding documentation and personnel records
• Process and administer monthly payroll input and reporting
• Maintain leave records and time & attendance systems
• Support Employment Equity reporting and HR compliance
• Assist with disciplinary documentation and HR record keeping
• Coordinate employee benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labour legislation and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR administration
• Strong payroll experience (VIP Payroll, PaySpace or similar)
• Experience with Time & Attendance systems
• Knowledge of South African labour legislation
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• HR qualification advantageous
