We’re recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily housekeeping operations and ensure consistently high presentation standards across guest rooms and public areas. This role suits a hands-on leader who thrives on structure, team coordination and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and support the Executive Housekeeper
• Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain brand standards
• Prepare weekly rosters based on occupancy forecasts
• Conduct daily room and public area inspections
• Monitor linen, amenities and cleaning chemical par levels
• Control inventory and manage housekeeping supplies responsibly
• Ensure effective key control and safety procedures
• Support training, coaching and performance development within the team
• Liaise with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless guest readiness
What You’ll Need
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role within a reputable hotel
• Strong leadership and team management ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of stock control and cost management
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work shifts and remain calm under pressure
• Hospitality qualification advantageous
