About the Role
You will be responsible for managing the housekeeping department, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Control stock, inventory, and departmental budgets
- Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas
- Handle guest feedback and ensure service excellence
- Implement and maintain SOPs and safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Strong communication skills
