What You’ll Do
• Welcome guests warmly and manage efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest enquiries via email, telephone and in person with professionalism
• Manage guest accounts and balance daily revenue reports
• Perform daily pit checks and ensure financial accuracy during shifts
• Coordinate restaurant bookings and hotel reservations
• Liaise effectively between departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Resolve guest concerns confidently and professionally
• Maintain strong knowledge of room categories and property offerings
What You’ll Need
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a five-star hotel environment
• Hospitality qualification advantageous
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Ability to work shifts and remain calm under pressure
• Own transport advantageous
