What You’ll Do

Deliver seamless and professional check-in and check-out experiences

Manage reservations, room allocations and special requests with accuracy

Provide knowledgeable guidance on property facilities and local experiences

Handle guest enquiries and resolve concerns calmly and confidently

Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance and F&B teams

Process payments and billing with financial accuracy

Complete daily reports and end-of-day procedures

Maintain an immaculate and welcoming reception area
What You’ll Need

1–2 years’ experience within a 4 or 5 star hotel reception environment

Well-groomed, professional presentation

Confident and calm demeanour

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent telephone and email etiquette

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
