What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
Handle reservations, calls and guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Coordinate closely with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist guests with information, bookings and personalised service requests
Maintain accurate records and uphold brand standards at all times
What You’ll Need
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist
Experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
Well-groomed, professional presentation
Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable manner
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
