What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure consistent delivery of world class guest service.

• Maintain full oversight of arrivals, departures and special requests.

• Conduct daily checks of rooms, public areas and guest facilities to uphold the highest standard of presentation and cleanliness.

• Monitor the full guest journey from arrival to departure, driving continuous improvement.

• Work closely with maintenance to ensure timeous resolution of issues and adherence to project timelines.

• Ensure that policies, processes and service standards are implemented and upheld across all departments.

• Support weekly forecasting and departmental planning to exceed guest expectations.

• Provide strong leadership to Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B teams through guidance and ongoing training.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and performance management in collaboration with HR.

• Drive development of team leaders and staff through coaching and mentorship.

• Support budget preparation and monitor stock levels in partnership with Finance and Procurement.

• Attend operational meetings and maintain strong communication within the management team.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years hotel management experience in a five star environment.

• Relevant hospitality or hotel management qualification.

• Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B.

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Confidence handling guest feedback and resolving issues with professionalism.

• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting and P&L.

• Proficiency in Protel and MS Office.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.

• Valid driver’s licence.
