This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys overseeing hotel operations, supporting multiple departments, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
The Hotel Duty Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel and act as the point of contact for guests and staff during shifts, including:

Supervising daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.

Acting as the primary contact for guest concerns, complaints, and service recovery.

Ensuring smooth coordination between all operational departments.

Monitoring guest service standards and operational efficiency.

Assisting with VIP guest arrivals and special guest requests.

Supporting the front office team during busy check-in and check-out periods.

Ensuring the hotel maintains high safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Completing daily operational reports and incident documentation.

Assisting department managers in resolving operational challenges during shifts.

Ensuring all hotel procedures and policies are followed consistently by staff.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor within a hotel environment.

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Good understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
