About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all departments and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
- Manage guest relations and handle complaints professionally
- Support Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams
- Ensure service standards and operational procedures are maintained
- Conduct daily checks and ensure the property is well presented
- Assist with staff supervision and shift management
- Handle emergency situations and ensure guest safety
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
- Strong operational knowledge of hotel departments
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong guest service focus
- Well-presented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
