What You’ll Do

Lead the bar team and deliver innovative, trend-setting beverage experiences

Create bespoke cocktails using premium spirits and fresh, seasonal ingredients

Drive cocktail menu development and ensure exceptional presentation and consistency

Engage with guests, understand their preferences and personalise their experience

Train bartenders on mixology, pouring standards, product knowledge and upselling

Support smooth bar operations in collaboration with the outlet manager

Oversee stock levels, equipment readiness and beverage cost awareness
