Career Growth Hospitality Recruitment is looking for a professional and service-driven Guest Liaison / Night Relief to join a leading luxury hospitality property in Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and deliver a warm, personalised check-in and departure experience.
- Manage reservations, guest profiles, billing, correspondence, and administrative records accurately.
- Prepare daily guest lists, itineraries, reports, and shift handovers.
- Assist guests with concierge services, local recommendations, and bookings.
- Support overnight operations, ensuring the property is secure and ready for the following day.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate records using Opera, POS, Microsoft Office, and other hotel systems.
- Deliver professional, discreet, and efficient service to both local and international guests.
Requirements
- Formal Hospitality qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a luxury 5-star hotel or similar hospitality environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Experience using Opera PMS, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Cape Town and its restaurants, attractions, and leisure offerings.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
