What You’ll Do:
• Welcome and assist guests with warmth, precision, and genuine care.
• Manage reservations, check-ins, billing, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
• Coordinate concierge requests and bespoke guest itineraries.
• Handle overnight operations, ensuring security and readiness for the next day’s service.
• Liaise across departments to uphold the highest standards of excellence.
What You’ll Need:
• Formal hospitality qualification (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a 5-star or luxury environment.
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Opera, POS, MS Office).
• Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• A calm, polished presence and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights.
