About the Role
As Guest Assistant, you will be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience from arrival through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Assist guests with reservations, transport, and activity bookings
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate guest billing and records
- Ensure reception and public areas are always guest-ready
- Coordinate with all departments to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up on feedback
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel front office role
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management systems
- Well-presented and guest-focused
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
