A dynamic and fast-paced hotel in Cape Town is looking for a meticulous and service-driven Groups & Events Reservations Agent to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys managing complex bookings with accuracy, professionalism and flair.
What You’ll Do

Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring every enquiry is handled promptly and accurately

Provide guests and clients with clear information on availability, rates and options

Process and confirm reservations, including group blocks, events, special requests and amendments

Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all details are captured correctly

Liaise closely with sales, front office and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Assist with cancellations, no-shows, rebookings and payment allocations

Deliver professional communication and high-level customer service at all times
What You’ll Bring

Experience in groups and events reservations within a 4 or 5 star hotel environment

Excellent telephone and email etiquette, with strong written and verbal communication

Confidence working in a busy, pressurised environment
