We’re recruiting a detail-driven Groups and Events Co-ordinator to support the planning, coordination and delivery of group bookings and events within a busy hospitality environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, managing multiple bookings and ensuring events run smoothly from enquiry to execution.
What You’ll Do

Prepare quotes, contracts and confirmations for group and event bookings

Handle enquiries professionally and follow up to convert business

Coordinate all group and event details, ensuring accurate and timely communication across departments

Maintain client relationships and provide dedicated support throughout the booking journey

Compile and distribute function sheets, change sheets and event documentation

Conduct site inspections in collaboration with the sales team

Upsell facilities and services to maximise revenue opportunities

Attend events and functions to support clients and ensure smooth delivery

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to meet event requirements

Ensure accurate invoicing, payments and follow-ups on outstanding accounts
What You’ll Need

Previous experience in groups, events or reservations within a hotel environment

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communication skills and a client-focused approach

Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously

Strong systems proficiency and comfort working with reservations and event documentation

Ability to remain calm and structured in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to support events as required
