What You’ll Do

Handle event enquiries, prepare quotes and manage client follow-ups

Coordinate bookings and ensure all details are captured accurately across channels

Liaise with clients to confirm event requirements and ensure seamless planning and execution

Prepare daily and weekly reports, schedules and function packs for internal teams

Support the events and sales team with administrative and financial processes

Maintain close communication with operations and service teams to deliver memorable guest experiences

Previous experience in groups, events or reservations within a luxury or five-star environment
