We’re looking for an organised, service-driven Groups and Conferencing Reservations Agent to manage group and conference bookings from enquiry through to arrival. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced reservations environment and enjoys being the link between clients, sales, operations, and events.
What You’ll Do

Manage group and conferencing reservations from initial enquiry to final confirmation

Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, rooming lists, and function details

Liaise closely with sales, events, front office, and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery

Load, update, and maintain group bookings on the reservations system with absolute accuracy

Handle amendments, cancellations, and special requests professionally and efficiently

Communicate clearly with clients via email and telephone, ensuring excellent service throughout

Ensure all billing instructions, cut-off dates, and rooming deadlines are adhered to
What You’ll Need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel reservations, with group and conferencing exposure

Solid understanding of hotel operations and event coordination

Strong system skills and confidence working with reservations platforms and MS Office

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

Clear written and verbal communication with professional email and telephone etiquette

Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as operationally required
